Is the bot online?

We do not run a live status dashboard. Here is how to check, and where to get help.

Look for the bot in your member list: it shows as online when connected.
Run /help. A reply means the bot is up.
Check discordstatus.com: Discord outages can stop any bot from responding.
Confirm the bot still has the permissions it needs and that its role is above the roles it manages.

Ask in the support server and mention what you ran and when.
